  4. We wash the rest of the quince, peel it and cut it into pieces.
  5. We also chop the peeled oranges.
  6. Mix quince and oranges, add quince broth and cook for an hour.
  7. Strain the mixture through a colander, add the same amount of sugar and boil until thickened.
  8. Fill the jars with boiling puree and seal.

Quince jam with citric acid
Ingredients:

  • 1 kg quince,
  • 1.2 kg sugar,
  • 2 g citric acid.

Cooking method

  1. Recipe: Wash the quince, peel it, cut out the seed nests along with the rocky layer and cut into small slices. Boil in boiling water for 20-30 minutes, taking 1.5-2.5 cups of water per 2 kg of wedges.
