About me. Jyotish

— Indian Vedic astrology – what is it? And how is it different from the usual one?

— Indian astrology is the Vedic science of the influence of planets on a person. The difference from Western astrology is that, firstly, it is based on the moving Zodiac, while Vedic astrology is based on the fixed Zodiac, which considers the position of the planets in the constellations from the axis of the Universe.

The difference in the positions of the planets is 23 degrees. If we take into account that the Zodiac sign contains only 30 degrees, the result is a discrepancy of almost one sign.

In my horoscope, for example, according to the Western system, the Sun is in Aries. And in Indian - in Pisces. Also, many people do not realize that in the true Zodiac, the one that is calculated from the Axis of the Universe, they have a different Zodiac Sign than they are used to thinking.

Moreover, Western astrology is based on the concepts of psychology, while Indian astrology is based on the concepts of the soul, karma, rebirth and the will of God.

A Vedic astrologer can explain to a person why a person’s fate develops in this way, when the results do not correspond to the efforts. Why are our children not a blank slate on which you can write anything, but independent souls with their own habits, a taste for happiness, and a destiny?

— What role does astrology play in people’s lives, even if they do not listen to the advice of astrologers?

— At the moment of birth, the starry sky had a special configuration for each person. Some planets were located in the east and rose above the horizon, some were at the zenith, some were on the other side of the starry sky. At the moment when a person is born and makes his first cry, this pattern of the location and influence of the planets is very deeply etched into his psyche.

Astrologer, researcher and teacher. Author of many successful public forecasts for presidents, politicians, countries and prominent people. Frequent guest of television and radio broadcasts on astrological topics. Author of the book “Astrology of Pregnancy”. Over 8 years of experience.

Astrologer Tatyana Kalinina

Throughout his life, he carries his “cosmic passport” in his psyche and interacts with the world through it. Since the motion of the planets is strictly defined, and we can calculate it many years in advance, we can predict how our “cosmic passport” will interact with the current position of the stars.

This influence of planets and stars on fate is a natural law. It doesn't matter whether we believe it, but if we let go of an apple, it will still fall. The same thing applies to astrology. A person’s life is clearly planned out, almost 100%. It is impossible to read only the fate of very religious people who daily engage in spiritual practices, pray, visit Holy places, and regularly devote part of their lives to charity. Then a person's karma changes. If you do not belong to this category of people, the horoscope works 100%.

— What should a good astrologer be like and how to figure out a non-professional?

— Thank you for this question, it is very important. A real astrologer, in my opinion, must have an understanding that a person is a soul. Not “a person has a soul,” like an arm or a leg, an ear or another part of him. And that a person is a soul that understands, rejoices, is sad, loves, experiences all the events of his life. The soul travels from body to body, carrying with it already formed habits, a taste for happiness, karma, and so on.

In fact, you can study astrology well and make accurate predictions, but if you are based on the knowledge that a person is a body, then you will confuse him even more with such concepts as the unconscious, the superconscious and the like. A person must clearly understand why he suffers or rejoices, and not reflect on the vague formulations of the astrologer.

— What is a “natal chart”?

— A natal chart, a birth horoscope, an individual horoscope are all one and the same. This is an interpretation of how the planets were located in the sky at the time of your birth, and how this affects your consciousness and destiny.

— Does it happen that forecasts harm a person instead of bringing benefit?

- Happens. If you come to an astrologer who does not comply with professional ethics and begins to make threatening forecasts in a categorical form, such forecasts will only cause harm. In this case, it is better to simply refuse consultation at the very beginning.

Ancient scriptures say that an astrologer must say only what will contribute to the growth and happiness of an individual, without confusing, upsetting or frightening him. The rest is not even considered true.

Many people receive psychological trauma from communicating with unqualified astrologers. In principle, if you come to an unqualified doctor or psychologist, the harm will be approximately comparable.

— Should we try to correct what the horoscope predicted? Or is it undesirable to do this?

— An astrologer should not say in the presence of a client something that cannot be changed and avoided. Everything you learn from an astrologer should have its own correction methods. There are many methods to change your destiny, each case has its own recipe, and the astrologer is obliged to give them. But don't expect simple paths and a "Happiness" button. Correcting fate is regular, difficult, but rewarding work.

For example, from July 20, I am starting a series of webinars not for astrologers as part of a course called “Practical Astrology for Girls.” On it we will analyze simple practical methods with which you can correct your destiny, get married successfully, find harmony and develop foresight skills. I invite everyone.

— Can a simple person, without knowledge of astrology, predict his own future or some specific moments from it?

- Quite possibly, at some level. You can analyze your habits, daily rituals, and understand what will happen to you in 15-20 years. If you take care of your health and lead an active lifestyle, you will get a healthy and strong body. If you devote a lot of time to learning, you will be very educated. If you smoke and drink a lot, you will get your result, which is also very predictable. And so on.

Another question is how to find exactly your path to happiness, to reveal the individual potential that is inherent from birth. We partly fight against the “alien” doors of success imposed on us by society.

It's fashionable to be lawyers - and hundreds of thousands of people go to law school expecting to get a good job. Then the same story happens with economists and other fashionable professions. But there are very few of them who are born lawyers. The rest simply did not realize their nature and followed other people's paths.

And you don’t have to push your way to your doors to happiness and success by pushing away your competitors. Your doors open wide and you easily achieve success and harmony. The main thing is to know your nature and purpose, to have an idea of your merits, hidden and obvious. But only an astrologer can help you with this!

Let's summarize the conversation and understand when it is necessary to consult an astrologer.

An astrologer is indispensable when you:

- Afraid to make some important decision;
- You don’t know your strengths and weaknesses;
- Confused by the behavior of a loved one;
- You suffer without knowing a way out of your situation;
— You don’t understand where to go professionally;
— Do you want to arrange your personal life and remove obstacles along the way;
— You want to know only the path to happiness destined for you and not follow the imposed stereotypes of society.

Use the help of the stars to improve your life!

Tell me, do you draw up a horoscope according to Jyotish? Using the program, I compiled a horoscope, and checked it using other programs. I have not yet learned how to interpret them. I would like to receive an interpretation of my horoscope. Is such a service possible? And if so, how much will it cost? I would also like to understand what level of astrologer, who draws up your natal charts?

I make a horoscope according to Jyotish. Usually I make an abbreviated interpretation based only on life events. There is no point in interpretation if it is not tied to real events in your life and does not provide you with a forecast for the future. If you want a detailed interpretation, you can also order it. But I always make a forecast for the year.

Those. interpretation based on events + forecast for the year costs 3,000 rubles. A detailed interpretation + forecast for the year costs 4,000 rubles. If you want a description of the person, then an additional 1000 rubles. But I describe the personality according to Western astrology, as it better suits our mentality.

I have been studying astrology for 20 years. 10 years - Jyotisham. Studied in India. You can verify the qualifications of an astrologer on your individual horoscope.

1. When is the best time for me to go on vacation this year? Date of birth - 10/25/1966 at 10:45, place of birth - Kaluga city

The picture shows your horoscope. The area of life that relates to travel (9th house) is highlighted in color. In the 9th house there is a very strong planet Jupiter in your horoscope. She is in the sign of exaltation - in the sign of Cancer, which for Jupiter is one of the most powerful manifestations.

At the moment there is a sub-period of Jupiter of the period of Mercury (27.6.09 – 27.09.11).

But do not rush to travel during the Jupiter sub-period. In the sign ruled by Jupiter (12th sign – number “12”) there is a rather rigid planet Saturn. It is like a heavy stone, a load that does not allow you to move during the Jupiter sub-period. Although there seem to be opportunities, the journey itself to the sub-period of Jupiter promises to be quite difficult. Only “over the stones” - with the goal of testing yourself, walking along the most difficult tourist routes during these months of the end of the Jupiter sub-period.

Wait until the Saturn sub-period begins (09/27/11 – 05/17/2014). Travel in December 2011 and March 2012 promises to be very important and fateful, which will not only open up new countries and horizons for you, but will prove important in your destiny.

2. When is the best time to buy a car this year? Date of birth - 07/07/1987 at 19:20, place of birth - Minsk city

Wait until the month of October and then buy. The best time to buy a car is October-November this year. You are now in the Venus sub-period of the Mercury period (10/27/2010 – 08/12/2013). This is a strong and very important time for you. Both planets - Venus and Mercury - are strong in your horoscope. They both form the so-called Viparita Vimala Raja Yoga, since both rule the Dusthana house and are located in the Dusthana house. Dusthana is an unfavorable house (6th, 8th or 12th). This is similar to how “minus” by “Minus” gives “plus”. These are your strong and winning planets.

In the near future - September-October of this year, they will bring you a very good appointment, an official post. Since the rulers are duskhans, they are a little different from what you had claims to be, but they are much more reliable, practical and profitable. Therefore, in the coming months, focus on your career, this is much more important. And then, after a couple of months, you will choose a car from the new realities.

3. Which stone to choose for the current period of the planets (see text on Vedic astrology)? Date of birth - 01/17/1965 at 06:15, place of birth - Moscow

Your current Jupiter sub-period of Ketu period (07/29/2011 – 06/29/2012). But it is much more important that this is the period of Ketu, since Ketu (Ke) is located on the Ascendant - the 1st house - and influences the entire horoscope, since the 1st house is the main one in any case. Ketu is in the 7th house from the 7th house i.e. matters related to marriage and family relationships. Ketu is quite strong as it is in the sign of Scorpio, ruled by Mars, therefore it behaves like the planet Mars, and your Mars (Ma) is quite favorably located in the 11th house.

Therefore, you can expect benefits for yourself that come through your spouse. But Ketu is still a malefic planet, so it is important to protect yourself a little from its harsh influence. This can be quite a test for your feelings. Ketu, even if well located, is usually difficult to tolerate. Often brings strange, inexplicable events. Wear Ketu stone - it is a cat's eye. Wear it during Ketu period (till the end of Ketu period 07/25/2014). It's better to wear it in a ring.

4. Tell me the name of my nakshatra (moon zodiac sign according to Vedic astrology). Choose a mantra for peace of mind according to my nakshatra. Date of birth - 06/11/1980 at 22:07, place of birth - Tiruvannamai, India

The name of your nakshatra is Rohini. In India, in temples, priests ask not the name of the solar zodiac sign, but the name of the Moon zodiac sign - nakshatra.

Rohini is a benefic nakshatra ruled by Brahma. Indicates one who serves people. It supports growth and development. Mantras for peace of mind are selected in accordance with the location of the Moon in the signs of the Lunar zodiac.

The mantra for your nakshatra is Om Brahmane Namaha.

5. Will I get married? Moscow, born 01/05/1970

Your horoscope in the Indian astrology system

Matters of marriage, marriage, belong to the sphere of the 7th house (VII).

Marriage prospects depend on three factors:
1) Strengths of the ruler of the 1st house;
2) The strength of the ruler of the 7th house;
3) Aspects of other planets

In the 1st house, which relates to you as an individual, there is a rather strict, tough planet Saturn Sa. It is the influence of Saturn that affects the prospects of marriage. The 1st house is weakened by the presence of Saturn.

Saturn makes an aspect to the 7th house from itself, and, therefore, to the 7th house. Saturn aspects the sign Libra (7th sign), which is in your 7th house. The sign of Libra is the sign of exaltation for Saturn. The sign of exaltation is the strength of the sign above average. Therefore, there is a chance of marriage. Saturn in this case delays, but does not cancel the marriage.

The ruler of the 7th house for you is Venus (Ve). Venus is in the sign of Sagittarius in conjunction with the Sun. Venus is “burnt” because it is too close to the Sun within 4°. Sagittarius is not the best sign for Venus either. Therefore, now in the 20-year period of Venus, measures are needed to strengthen Venus. Your Venus period runs from 08/15/1993 to 05/2/2013.

Therefore, the answer is: there are chances, but with the strengthening of Venus, as well as minimizing the influence of Saturn on the 7th house. Details when ordering an individual horoscope.

6. Good afternoon, I would like to order a horoscope. Date of birth - 03/14/1972, place - Alma-Ata, time - about 23.30, no specific questions, I would like to understand the situation in principle.

Your horoscope according to Indian astrology

Now there is a sub-period of Venus of the Mercury period (08/16/2009 - 06/01/2012).

The period of Mercury runs from 04/10/2006 to 01/11/2023.

Venus (Ve) rules the Ascendant (1st house), so the sub-period of Venus is very important for you in terms of personal development, shaping you as an individual, finding new facets, abilities and new opportunities in yourself.

Venus is in conjunction with Mars, ruler of the 2nd house (finance) and 7th house (partnerships). Therefore, Venus conveys the influence of Mars in your horoscope. The main result of the Venus sub-period relates to the financial sector - you can expect large financial receipts in the near future. The influence of Venus in its literal meaning as the significator of love - expect a new hobby, romance, or at least a revival of feelings.

Since Venus is a maraca (located in the 7th house and has an aspect from Mars), you cannot do without catching a very bad cold at least once during this time.

Venus also rules the 8th house, in which Saturn is located - be more attentive to the health of your parents.

Jupiter is also moving across your Venus - buy yourself expensive things and jewelry and enjoy life.

7. When will I get married? My date of birth is 07/06/1991

Astrology is a mathematical science. It is based on accurate calculation.

In astrology, a horoscope is built depending on: 1) birthday, 2) place of birth, 3) time of birth.

If everything depended only on the date of birth, then everyone born on the same day would get married, give birth to children, get sick and die on the same day.To make a clear forecast, you need to know the date of birth, but also the place of birth, and the time of birth with an accuracy of 4 minutes.

Usually, the time of birth is not always known with such accuracy, so you need the dates of the events that happened to you in order to use them to clarify the time of birth with an accuracy of 4 minutes. Only after this rather complex mathematical procedure, although facilitated by the presence of a computer for calculations, can a forecast be made with a certain degree of certainty regarding the factors of your matrimonial situation.

8. Job offer from Serbs

My deepest respect to you! My name is Irina, I was born on 04/10/1971 at 10-23 in Samara, now I live in the Leningrad region, in the summer of this year (06/15) I accidentally received a job offer from the Serbs, I agreed and we became very good friends, now their work here is ending and they offer to continue cooperation - there are many options, from organizing a joint venture in Russia to moving to Belgrade, the Western horoscope promises me a very difficult period regarding issues of the 9th house, there is even a ban on leaving my homeland, what can Vedic astrology tell me about this issue? I myself began to be interested in Indian astrology, but while I am still at the very beginning of my journey, it is difficult to understand an unusual chart. I would be very grateful for your answer.

Good afternoon, Irina!

Indian astrology has evolved over thousands of years. It has developed many predictive systems that complement each other. This is a whole treasure of knowledge!

Your horoscope looks like this:

Houses are counted from the Ascendant (As) counterclockwise.
According to the Vimshottari system, now you are at the end of the Jupiter period - the beginning of the Saturn period.

The beginning of your collaboration coincided with the Mars sub-period of the Jupiter period. Mars in the 7th house gave good partners. Now the Rahu sub-period of the Jupiter period begins (10/21/2011 - 03/03/2014). Rahu, according to Indian astrology, is located in the 8th house. The 8th house relates to joint finances, interactions with a partner, joint projects - exactly what is offered to you. I don’t think your proposal goes through the 9th house. 9th refers more to travel, travel, and getting to know foreign cultures. You have a working proposal, which is best considered in the 10th house as success in your career, in the 6th house as labor relationships, and in the 8th house as jointly mastered finances. So, Rahu in the 8th house is quite suitable. I don’t think that in our time such a concept of a ban on leaving one’s homeland is acceptable. Still, even such an ancient science as astrology must be applied in accordance with modern realities. People leave their homeland through the 12th house, not through the 9th. And in general, the world has long turned into a huge apartment building, in which, however, neighbors often quarrel over the wall. If from the Czech Republic you can return to your home in 3 hours, then what a foreign country this is!

I think what has been proposed to you is very promising and exciting and means a new chapter in your career and career growth, and new opportunities, especially in 2013. With Jupiter in the 6th house related to profession, you have promising opportunities in work. There is no point in refusing the offer. At the same time, you can resolve your personal issues.

Rahu, however, does not give very long-lasting results. Therefore, count only on the sub-period of Rahu. And also, since Rahu still stands in the 8th house according to Indian astrology, still be more careful and attentive with your health, especially at the end of summer 2012, when Mars will square Rahu, the ruler of the sub-period. Keep in mind that according to Indian astrology, the transit of a planet continues throughout its passage through the sign, and not just during the exact aspect. Therefore, the time of Mars transit through your 5th house (mid-August to the end of September 2012) is the time when you need to minimize any risks to both life and health. The rest of the time is very profitable and interesting from a work point of view.

9. When will I get married? Date of birth 03/21/1989

Issues related to starting a family, relationships in a couple, having children are very personal issues, so we do not consider them in an open discussion. If you want to find out these questions, then order an individual horoscope, which, of course, is compiled only on a paid basis.

First, you need to know exactly your time of birth. Otherwise, everyone who was born on March 21, 1981 would get married, give birth to children, get hired, quit their jobs, live and die on the same day.

Secondly, you need to find out what behavioral stereotypes, standards of thinking and circumstances are preventing you from starting a family and what needs to be done for this.

Thirdly, you need to determine the time when this is possible and when it is impossible, so that you do not suffer in vain.

So there's a lot of work.

10. Help with a business question.

Hello! Please help me with a business question. I have very little money that I invested in my business (selling children's clothing online). Now there are problems with receiving the goods. Will this issue be resolved when? When is the best date to launch an online store and will anything come of it at all? Thank you very much in advance for your answers! P.S.: I also wanted to ask, is it possible to see an example of an individual horoscope you compiled somewhere?

Good afternoon

Write to me your birth details: date-time-place of birth.
And I can answer your question.
It’s easy to answer the question of when to develop a new business and calculate the time when financial benefits are possible, so that you don’t make a mistake.
You can reply to the same address and indicate that the question will be considered without publication on the site, if you want
With examples of horoscopes it is more difficult in the sense that you don’t want to publish someone’s personal horoscope, which has already been drawn up, and there is simply no time to compile it “for example”.

I was born on March 30, 1981 at 7:25 am. or 7h. 35min. (more like 7.25 (am)), Moscow. If it is convenient for you, you can post a question on the site. It doesn’t matter to me)) Still, please send me an email too.
Regarding the horoscope examples, I understand you. Maybe then you can just tell us what the horoscope includes, for what period it is drawn up, what details are described and how accurate the predictions are? Thank you very much in advance!

Your horoscope in accordance with the time of birth on March 30, 1981 at 7:25 am Moscow looks like this:

The current period is related to Rahu. The current sub-period belongs to Mercury.

It's hard to agree with you about the timing of starting a new business. Now there is (already at the end) the Mercury sub-period of the Rahu period (07/14/2009 - 01/18/2012).

From the point of view of work, the Mercury sub-period is more suitable for hired work, since Mercury (Me) rules the 6th house (VI) - this is hired work. Mercury also rules the 3rd house (travel). Travel at this time can be considered successful. And from the point of view of income, Mercury in the 11th house, which is responsible for benefits from the profession, is not the best time, since the 3rd to (III) and 6th house (VI) are not the best for the Ascendant in Aries.
But from the point of view of the activity itself - an online store, which, of course, is best described by the sign of Aquarius, to which it belongs

Your 11th house, I completely agree that yes, it is promising for you to have income through the Internet.

Usually considered from the point of view of profession, the 2nd, 6th and 10th houses. In the 10th house (X) you have the Moon and Ketu. The moon directly relates to goods for women, generally in working for a certain lady, or working in a women's team. Ketu refers to foreigners, imported things, as well as “alien”, unusual things, which can also include new, unusual technologies, including online trading.

The main benefits for you in the upcoming Ketu sub-period are from very numerous trips, benefits from partners and networking.

The benefits of the upcoming Ketu sub-period and especially the Venus sub-period can be discussed in more detail in an individual horoscope.

An individual horoscope will include an analysis of the current (coming) and upcoming sub-period, directions that need to be developed, what needs to be done and what not to do, as well as a detailed forecast for the coming year. The accuracy of the forecast is high enough to be used in planning your business.

Thank you very much! Regarding the more detailed horoscope, I understand you. If anything happens, I’ll write to this address. Thanks again for your work.

He is also a linguist, an orientalist, and has a degree in Vedic philosophy and culture, which he has been studying for the past 26 years. She has been providing consultations on personal development issues for over 20 years.

What questions should you ask a Vedic astrologer?

The Vedic horoscope can be calculated in different ways. For example, you can draw up a natal chart with interpretations for your entire life or for a certain period. However, such a consultation will not be cheap, since it will take a lot of time to calculate.

A more convenient option is when a person asks the astrologer specific questions about his future, and receives appropriate answers. Here are some examples of such questions to help you navigate.

About health:

  • What diseases am I prone to?
  • What lifestyle should I lead so as not to get sick?
  • Will I be able to recover from my current illness and when?
  • Are relapses possible and, if so, at what periods of life?
  • I'm about to have an operation. When is the best time to do it, in terms of astrologically favorable time, so that it is successful?
  • When is it better to start a diet or start cleansing the body?

Family, relationships:

  • Are we right for each other? (compatibility horoscope calculation)
  • What day is best to schedule a wedding?
  • How to improve family relationships? (thanks to astrology, you can see in the horoscopes of spouses those moments, periods of life, character traits and the influence of planets that may cause disagreements, and, accordingly, determine the most effective ways to resolve these disagreements for specific people)
  • Is it the right time to conceive a baby? (the child’s health, his success in school and work - all this can be laid down even before his birth by choosing the right time for conception - of course, this is not all, but, as they say, “a good start is half the battle”)

Study, profession, career, work, business, finance:

  • What activities am I inclined towards? (identification of qualities and tendencies thanks to which a person will be able to provide for himself and at the same time experience satisfaction from his professional activity)
  • Where is the best place to go to study?
  • What kind of job should I look for?
  • When is the best time to change jobs? (choosing the right favorable moment)
  • Will I achieve success in my activities (will I be successful in what I do or am going to do)?
  • Should I start my own business or should I get a job at a company?
  • When is the best time to start your own business? (choice muhurtas- favorable time to start any business)
  • Is it worth taking such and such a person or company as a business partner (will such a partnership be successful)?
  • When is the right time to retire?
  • Will I be able to get rid of debt and when?
  • What should I do to increase my income?
  • When is the right time to invest?
  • Where is the best place to invest? What will bring the most profit?
  • Will I have an inheritance?

Housing, moving:

  • Which country or city should I move to?
  • When is the best time to move?
  • Is it worth buying a house/apartment/land?
  • When is the best time to buy real estate?
  • Is it a good time to start your trip?
  • Should you rent out your home and when?
  • When is the best time to start looking for housing to rent?

Self-knowledge:

  • What is the meaning of my life?
  • When will I meet the Guru/Teacher?

Miscellaneous:

  • What colors suit me? (clothes, house)
  • Is physical activity right for me?

How to ask questions correctly?

First of all, formulate for yourself the main questions that interest you. Write them down so that they sound clear and clear, without double interpretations. You can assign each question its own number so that they do not get mixed up.

It is better to avoid either/or questions as in reality you will have to analyze two questions, i.e. do double work, and the answer may also not be unambiguous (for example, “this is good, and this is good”). If you still have similar questions, divide them into two using clear wording. The same applies to if/then questions.

Important: The Vedic horoscope is an accurate horoscope based on date of birth; accordingly, all data is required, including place of birth, day and time of birth down to the minutes. If you don't know your exact time of birth, there are two options:

  • Horoscope rectification— the accuracy of the time of birth is determined by matching the horoscope with past events in a person’s life.
  • Horary astrology— the construction of a horoscope is based on the exact time when the question was asked.

As you probably understand, both of these methods involve additional work, which, however, is necessary in order to draw up a personal horoscope.

Presenter: Good evening!

Ruslan Albertovich: I am glad to address our listeners again with another lecture on Vedic astrology. The seminar, which we called “Living Astrology”. And today we continue the topic “All the most important things in Vedic astrology,” although it will hardly be possible to talk about all the most important things even in several dozen lectures. After all, not all astrological information is available to us today.

Legacy of Vedic astrology

Chronicles say that before the start of the invasion (the Mughal invasion of India), the total “bank” of Vedic knowledge on astrology was 5 million slokas or 5 million aphorisms, quatrains, which contained very deep, serious information. During the invasion of libraries that stored palm leaves, that is, original texts written by different authors of different eras and different centuries, these libraries were destroyed.

And, for example, the famous library in Nalanda, when it was devastated, the books that the invaders tried to destroy were burned for six months. However, out of 5 million aphorisms, out of 5 million slokas on astrology, 50 thousand are available today, which is approximately 1% of the total knowledge, of the total heritage.

And yet, today Vedic astrology is one of the strongest, most accurate (especially in terms of accuracy of predictions) directions or schools of astrology in the world. But even this 1%, these 50 thousand aphorisms are not only not available to us due to the fact that not all of them have been translated into Russian and even some have not yet been translated into English. But there is no direct need to know this entire volume of information to a certain extent.

This is also an important point in Vedic astrology - there must be a certain balance between the capabilities of the astrologer, his purity and the amount of knowledge he possesses. Theoretical knowledge is now quite easy to obtain: in the age of the Internet, you can at a very high level, namely in terms of information, fundamentals and deep details for more advanced adepts and students in astrology, it is available. And studying the theory today is only a matter of time and certain financial capabilities.

But there are many conditions, many nuances that can very easily negate (and this often happens) the value of the informative knowledge that we often receive from books, lectures or Internet pages.

Therefore, today we will talk about very important aspects of Vedic astrology, such as astrology etiquette or astrologer etiquette.

Vedic astrologer etiquette

I will turn to an ancient text by an astrologer from a region called Ujjain, an ancient Indian Vedic astrologer named Varahamihira. The writings of Varahamihira list the characteristics that should be endowed in an astrologer or the qualities that an astrologer should possess.

First of all, Varahamihira mentions such a quality as the origin of an astrologer. In Vedic culture, a person always knew his ancestry very well (this, by the way, is also a branch of astrology), not only several generations ago, but in principle its entire chain. This was knowledge that was passed on from parents to children, then to grandchildren, and so on.

In this sense, we need to be quite humble and admit that we are very disqualified, because even if we belong to a fairly noble family in some tribe, most often we ourselves do not know this and there is practically no way to find out. The only way can be, again, is Vedic astrology. If you turn, which is quite difficult now, to an experienced astrologer in India, to the so-called “sadhu” - a jyotish guru who has this ability to determine the family tree over tens, hundreds and even thousands of generations.

The second condition that an astrologer’s appearance and character must meet or meet is his pleasant appearance.

Further, Varahamihira mentions modesty of clothing, attire, and truthfulness. The Vedas say that the synonym for the word “astrologer” or “jyotish-acharya” means a person who knows astrology and is able to give advice that leads a person to happiness and prosperity. This is a person who himself follows religious principles, and this is the practice when a person, by his personal example, gives people an understanding of how to achieve well-being and happiness - this is the term “achar”, “acharya”, therefore “jyotish-acharya”.

Thus, “astrologer” does not simply mean a person transmitting information, since today people very often perceive it that way. And this actually leads to very great difficulties, because the wrong perception of the astrologer, the wrong expectation from the astrologer can nullify an astrological consultation.

And in the works of Varahamihira, as well as in many other sources, this problem is mentioned in detail, and we will talk about it more in the next hour.

In addition, the qualities that I list are a kind of criteria not only for what kind of person needs to become if he wants to achieve a certain experience and certain success in Vedic astrology - this information is valuable even for those people who are looking for an astrologer or trying to get knowledge about their horoscope, about the events of their destiny that await them in the future, for those who are looking for the right source, for those who are looking for a person to whom they could turn with the most intimate questions about their destiny. These criteria can also be very valuable.

So, once again I will list, a person engaged in astrology, an astrologer, a jyotish acharya must be of noble origin, must have a pleasant appearance, must have modest clothes, must be a person of the satya-vacha category. "Satya" means "truthfulness" and "vacha" means "words" or "speech". I will say a few words about this term in more detail later.

Further, this person must be free from envy. That is, a very important criterion is that such a person does not criticize representatives of other schools of astrology or other people involved in this field, does not criticize their predictions or their calculation techniques, does not analyze or especially question them. In other words, he is more occupied with himself, he is occupied with giving the correct interpretation of the position of the planets and the situation of the person who turns to him.

Further, a person must have a body that is harmonious - proportional members of the body. He must have strong muscles. Of course, not at the level of a bodybuilder, a person involved in bodybuilding, but a healthy body and healthy joints. His body must be free and devoid of any flaws, serious flaws. His hands should be of the correct, pleasant shape. An ancient text mentions attractive hand shapes, fingers and nails. And his voice should be deep and clear. He must also have a certain eloquence, as well as creative intelligence, that is, he must have a creative nature.

Another quality that is mentioned in this work is the ability and ability of the astrologer to act according to time and circumstances, the so-called concept of desha-kala-patra. In Sanskrit in Vedic works we often come across this formula “desha-kala-patra”. This is translated as “deshi” - place, “kala” - time and “patra” - circumstances or another meaning of the word “patra” - psycho-physiological characteristics. That is, before starting a consultation, the astrologer must analyze these 3 aspects of “desha-kala-patra” - time, place and psycho-physiological characteristics of the person who turned to him, his nature, his emotional, mental state, whether he is ready for a conversation.

I must immediately warn all novice astrologers that with a fairly active practice of consultations, cases of not only people who need astrological help or even more often psychological help, but perhaps even psychiatric help, will inevitably turn to you. And perhaps you may not be qualified to do it. And trying to interpret an astrological chart for a person if he has serious emotional or psychological or even mental problems is a rather dangerous activity and, possibly, with serious consequences. There is a serious risk in this. Therefore, assessing the state, time and circumstances, psycho-physiological nature and state of the questioner (as the astrologer’s client is often called in astrology, the person who seeks help is the “questor”) is very important. Principle of truthfulness

As for the principle of truthfulness, the Vedas describe truthfulness as follows: truthfulness or asceticism of speech consists of the following elements.

First. What the astrologer says must correspond to the factors or positions of the astrological chart - this is what we usually try to achieve some success in - learning to read the astrological charts correctly, but this is not the goal of astrology, as such, because the interpretation of the astrological chart can be a lie.

That is, the interpretation of the astrological chart may be false. The consultation and information given by the astrologer may be false provided that the following parameters are not met: what the astrologer says from the astrological chart should not excite the person’s mind, that is, it should not lead him into some kind of excessive exaltation of feelings, excessive euphoria a state called “rajas” in the Vedas.

When a person, having heard about the future, some very bright, joyful, perhaps, bright, favorable events awaiting him, he seems to lose a little connection with the present, or maybe even relaxing and stops fulfilling his duties. Or, on the contrary, he can look in longing at the reality of today, waiting impatiently for a favorable planetary period to begin.

Because of this, he can greatly harm himself, damage the relationships he has, damage the area in which he operates, that is, fail to fulfill his duties in the area where he must fulfill them. In a word, “the syndrome of a person who has learned about a big inheritance” - when he finds out that some very bright events await him in the future, he can experience a kind of euphoric crisis.

Further, in addition to the fact that what the astrologer says should not excite the person’s mind, the astrologer must evaluate, according to the principle of desha-kala-patra, the client’s condition and his ability to accept this information. That is, one more condition: first, the information must be reliable, second, the information should not lead to emotional, mental or other arousal of the questioner, and third, the information must be presented in such a form and at a time when a person is ready to accept it.

And the next factor is that the astrologer must be sure that what he says, his interpretation, explanation of the positions of the planets in the horoscope, his predictions will benefit the person - this is a very important, subtle, important, serious point (indeed, one of the most important, maybe , aspects) in the practice of astrological consultations.

Before saying what you see, or what you read from the astrological chart of the person who asked you a question, you should think very carefully. The fact that this will bring you personal benefit, and that it will increase your fame as an astrologer, if the prediction turns out to be correct, accurate, can be beyond any doubt. But the satya-vacha aspect suggests that what is said should be beneficial to the one to whom you are interpreting his horoscope. And from this point of view, every word of the astrologer requires very careful thought - the principle “measure twice, cut once.”

The fact is that people, in most cases, have nothing to protect themselves from astrological information. Having been engaged in this field for 15 years, consulting people, researching this knowledge, reading the works of other astrologers, reading examples of interpretations of astrological charts by leading astrologers in the field of jyotish shastra, I have gained such experience that very often, if this principle is not observed (the principle of that the interpretation brings benefit to a person) - this can create very big problems (emotional, psychological, and in some cases even mental) for a person.

We need to understand that we are dealing with a very subtle instrument of human nature, with his mind. And since what an astrologer says cannot be neutralized by a person not initiated into astrological aspects, then astrologers, perhaps even more than psychologists, have the ability to bring a person’s mind into very great anxiety. Moreover, people’s minds today are already in great anxiety, and therefore this is most often not difficult to do. But the fact is that the information is astrological, it cannot be neutralized in any way.

Even studying astrology, a person will still not be able to prove to himself that the prediction, if it caused him fear, anxiety, led to the fact that he lost inspiration or lost interest in fulfilling his duties, in relationships, or maybe even , interest in life. This cannot be justified by the accuracy of the prediction. Therefore, a very important safety condition in the transmission of astrological knowledge is this principle of speech control or speech asceticism.

The information must be reliable. It should not excite a person's mind. It must be presented in a form and at a time when a person is ready to accept this information. Further, she must bring him good. Ultimately, this information should help a person become more pious, happier, gain more knowledge, and be able to take another step along the path of self-realization.

And finally, the last condition is that what the astrologer says must be confirmed by some authoritative source. That is, astrology is largely the art of synthesis. When an astrologer, using standard texts, using Vedic aphorisms relating to a particular position of the planets and their interaction, gives an interpretation, he adapts what he sees and read to the situation of a particular person who turns to him for help. Thesis, antithesis and synthesis - a reasonable principle of the astrologer

That is, in other words, the astrologer has to use his mind in order to adapt the knowledge that he received in its pure form as information of an astrological order, but at the same time allowing for a kind of certain speculation (the astrologer has to interpret some aspects at his own peril and risk ), that is, using your mind. Even on one astrological situation, on one astrological chart, several astrologers may have several different opinions.

And the Vedas say that in the assembly of sages, one cannot be considered a sage whose opinion, at least in some way, does not differ at least somewhat from the opinion of the other sages. Therefore, the astrologer inevitably has to use his mind in order to correctly synthesize a person’s situation, his experience, the current state of his psyche, his emotional state, the state of things in life, whether he is under the influence of one of the modes of nature (that is, ignorance, passion and goodness), synthesize this information obtained from a conversation with the person who asked the question. Having synthesized it with information coming from classical texts that interpret or explain this or that position of the planets, the astrologer comes to a conclusion and gives a total synthesized product.

And in this sense, the famous astrologer Rao gives a formula that is abbreviated as “TAS”: Thesis, Antithesis and Synthesis. Even after reading some mention or some interpretation in a standard text, the astrologer accepts it only as a thesis. His experience, his life experience, his spiritual experience, his experience of communicating with people and his experience of analyzing various life situations can become the basis for an antithesis. That is, in other words, any statement of the Vedic scriptures (although completely accepted as authoritative) by the astrologer, nevertheless, questions a certain doubt from the point of view of his experience and synthesizes the undoubted authoritative text with his own experience, thus giving the final product to the person, to the person asking the question, that is, synthesizing these two aspects.

Therefore, a very important principle in the interpretation of a horoscope in Vedic practice, the practice of Vedic astrology, is the “thesis, antithesis and synthesis” system. And it is not a property of astrology only - it is a generally philosophical principle that is widely used in the transmission of Vedic knowledge.

It is also said that an astrologer must achieve a certain success, a certain perfection in performing rituals, performing rituals. In our slide show, I think in the near future, I will be able to show some of the principles of neutralizing adverse influences (we mentioned this in the last lecture - the so-called “upayas”). And one of the effective types of upai is to carry out special rituals that are designed to balance energies, balance the influence of certain planets in a person’s horoscope.

Vedic astrologer skills

In addition, a Vedic astrologer must have knowledge of how to carry out astrological calculations correctly. Today, on the one hand, this seems to be unnecessary, since people who deeply study Vedic astrology, scientists who are engaged in this, with the assistance of people from the field of information technology, create special “software” - special programs that help almost instantly draw up a horoscope person, you just need to enter all the basic data into it.

That is why many of the people who practice astrology today are not very knowledgeable or often simply do not know the principles of calculations, because this is very time-consuming work, energy-intensive work. But on the other hand, we live in an age of technology, and the lives of people in the Kali Yuga, they say, are becoming shorter and shorter. And since we need to understand the most important thing, therefore, in the future, knowledge of calculations, apparently, knowledge of the practice of calculations, the methodology of astronomical, astrological calculations does not seem to promise to be very important in astrological practice, the activities of astrologers interested in Jyotish Shastra.

Vedic scriptures, works on Jyotish Shastra do not provide any opportunity to reduce the importance of an astrologer who has all these qualities and is properly trained. And it is said that just like if a person travels in the night and there are no lamps around, then he is like an absolute blind man; just like the heavens, if they are not illuminated by the sun, are just darkness; in the same way, a king who does not have the opportunity to consult a good astrologer is like a blind man who wanders in darkness.

And even more than that, Varahamihira, in glorification of Vedic astrology, Vedic astrologers, says the following words: “Even father, mother, all relatives and friends cannot be as concerned about the well-being and prosperity of the king and his army as a friendly astrologer who works to increase the glory of the king !

Circumstances taken into account by the Vedic astrologer

Apart from everything else, in addition to the qualities of an astrologer that have been briefly listed here, an important condition in order to conduct an astrological analysis or conduct an astrological consultation, according to authoritative ancient texts, is the place in which it takes place.

It is said that the astrologer must choose the ideal location to conduct the consultation. Mainly, this concerns consultation in the Prashna system, which we mentioned (this is the astrology of the question, when the astrological chart - Rasi Chakra - is compiled not based on the time of a person’s birth, but based on the time at which he asked the question).

So, it is said that this place should be in the shade of auspicious trees, protected, surrounded by trees that are covered with flowers, that is, flowering trees, or that are covered with fruits, trees that have smooth shiny bark and leaves; in a place that is free from the presence of birds carrying bad signs - this is especially true for the Prashna system - interpretation of the answer to a question that very much depends on the circumstances and situation outside. We told you that such an instrument as external natural signs is the material by which the astrologer reads information, giving a positive or negative answer to the question asked by the visitor.

In addition, it is said that the place where an astrological consultation takes place should not be near cemeteries, abandoned houses, should not be near intersections, or near places of active hectic trade (bazaars - the original text says). Also, it should not be located near wastelands, sandy areas, devoid of vegetation. Also, there should be no butcher shops, no hairdressers, no gambling establishments, no liquor stores, no police stations, no hospitals.

In other words, I am now reading this not without a bit of humor, not without a smile, because, listening to the listed conditions about choosing a place for an astrological consultation, you understand that there is practically no such place, especially for city residents, for those who are listening to us now - in the city there is no such place. One of these polluting factors is sure to be nearby.

It is also said that the morning time is the most favorable for consultations and astrological interpretations. While night time, daytime, especially morning and evening twilight are unfavorable times. In addition, there are very large restrictions on the time of consultations.

That is, in other words, Vedic astrology puts forward a lot of conditions to ensure the purity of the transfer of knowledge, the accuracy of the answer and the accuracy of the interpretation of astrological positions, which, in general, negates any success in putting astrological practice on stream or commercialize it in any way. Because if a person is going to make this a way to make money for himself or a way to increase his fame, status, or achieve some kind of influence, then in this sense he will have practically no time or conditions for this. Therefore, the possibilities for beneficially practicing astrological knowledge in its pure form are quite limited.

It is also the duty of the astrologer to carefully study or predict the good or bad consequence of the question to the person who turns to him, having carefully examined the direction along the cardinal points that is occupied by the questioner, his movements, the parts of the body that he touches at the time of the question; further, the objects that he brought with him (carries in his hands or has next to him), those words, syllables that he pronounces, the expression on his face and, of course, last but not least - this is the time of the question, that is, the time in which the question was asked.

In addition, Prashna Marga (an ancient text on astrology) says that a person who calls himself a Vedic astrologer must necessarily be involved in the practice of worshiping God, worshiping his representatives, that is, the divine managerial staff, that is, representatives of the planets. This is also a very important point in Vedic astrology - that Vedic astrology is deeply personal. That is, every influence, every factor is under the control of some individual, that is, this composition of managers, which in the Vedas is called “upadevas” or demigods, is responsible for various spheres of our life.

And each of the planets, in Vedic astrology there are mainly 9 planets, in addition there are also shadow planets and various celestial bodies of demonic nature interpretations. However, the main composition is 7 planets, namely: the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn and 2 shadow planets - Rahu and Ketu. Therefore, one of the important qualities of an astrologer is that he must daily express, in the form of worship, his personal attitude towards those forces whose influence he studies in the destinies of people who turn to him. Therefore, the personality of Vedic astrology fundamentally distinguishes it from other schools and areas of astrology, especially schools of Western astrology.

Moreover, he must be skilled and trained, at least trained, in the practice of Mantra Shastra. That is, this person who calls himself a Vedic astrologer must have a mantra, which he repeats when he gets up early in the morning before sunrise, meditates on the deity recommended to him by his spiritual mentor as the object of his worship and performs his other religious duties every morning.

Panchanga - 5 distinctive aspects of each day.

Further, Varahamihira describes a certain daily routine for the astrologer. He says that the astrologer, after completing these morning duties, reading mantras, that is, devoting time to mantra meditation in the morning hours, expressing respect to the supreme personality of God and his representatives, whom we know as planets, then he must study the so-called , astrological almanac or “Panchanga”. Panchanga is a kind of astrological calendar that examines 5 very important aspects for the state of energies and understanding the influence of planets on this day.

Day of the week. Each day of the week is associated with a particular planet, so depending on the ruling planet, this day of the week is considered favorable or unfavorable.

The next aspect is the lunar day, lunar days, each of the lunar days. The Vedic system considers 2 lunar phases of 15 days each. 15 days of the waxing moon - this part of the month is called "paksha" (the waxing moon - "Gaura-paksha") and the waning moon - paksha, which is called "Krishna-paksha" (the two-week period of the waning moon). Each of the lunar days has its own nature and is favorable only for certain types of activities.

There are also lunar days that are unfavorable for any type of activity, including astrological consultations. Therefore, if a person, regardless of this, practices analysis and interpretation of astrological charts and tries to convey this knowledge on unfavorable days, it is likely that on these days he may make mistakes. 00:41:53 So, studying the almanac, studying panchangs. Panchanga is translated as 5 components. Pancha means "five" and Anga means "members" or "components". And the third component is the nakshatra, that is, the star in which the moon is located on that day. The nature of the star, into which the moon enters at the moment of sunrise, colors with its energies the entire day and all the activities that occur on that day.

Also, in many ways, the answer to a person’s questions about some decisions and steps in his life will also very much depend on the influence of these stars. In addition, knowledge of the panchang positions that I just talked about (aspects) is important in order to practice the branch of astrology called muhurta (selection of auspicious time).

The next aspect (of the compound panchanga), the next section is yoga. The sun and moon in space form a certain angle, a certain angular distance between them, and the magnitude of this angle determines yoga, which also has its own nature, has its own name. In most cases, knowledge about the nature of yoga is intimate and is transmitted through direct teaching, in direct hearing from the Vedic astrology mentor directly to his student. That is, to some extent this is secret knowledge. Therefore, in ordinary sources, in literature, one can only find the basic division of all yogas into favorable and unfavorable.

Further, studying the almanac, studying the position of the planets, their location in various signs, stars, assessing the influence of the day of the week, assessing the influence of the lunar day, the astrologer must concentrate his attention on what circumstances he observes outside, what events, what movements and also examines bad and good signs, also pays attention to the words that he hears during the day or morning when meeting people. And the astrologer also analyzes his breath (I talked about this in the first lecture, that there is a practice of analyzing the breath by an astrologer as a tool for astrological predictions). Consult or refuse?

There is another very important instruction of the acharyas, the sages who left us a legacy of knowledge in astrology - this is “no question, no answer.” That is, one of the very important conditions for starting to interpret astrological positions, astronomical positions, must be a question asked in a clear and correct form. And besides, this also applies to the form in which the question is asked. There is a certain etiquette in which this question can be asked.

And also, an astrologer must be able to protect himself from hypocritical people, that is, from people who come in order to obtain the necessary information with the help of an astrologer, without revealing themselves or manipulating this information in the future, for example, asking a question in order to -act in a malicious manner in the lives of others. And in this sense, it is said that if an astrologer becomes involved in such activities, then he may lose his astrological abilities, he may lose the purity and correctness of predictions. Therefore, one of the basic safety principles of Vedic astrology is the ability to regulate communication by an astrologer.

That is, one of, perhaps, the most difficult skills, speaking practically from the experience of consultations, for any astrologer is his ability to refuse consultation. In this sense, ancient texts speak of those situations when an astrologer should refrain from any interpretations and from advising the person who turns to him. There are 8 of these cases that are mentioned here.

First, you cannot answer a person, you cannot draw up a horoscope and answer a person who asks a question, which is called in Russian “in passing,” that is, as it were, by the way. Basically, in a practical way, this manner of asking a question sounds something like this: “Well, what do the stars say?”

Further, if a person is an atheist, that is, he does not have the correct understanding, does not have faith that everything in this world is under control, that there are higher powers that determine the course of destinies and the movement of energies, the influence of various energies on destinies people, which in itself can leave any astrologer who wants to engage in the practice of Vedic astrology in Riga, Moscow, Berlin, New York, London, completely without their daily bread. That is, a rare opportunity to meet a person who would have faith and understand all the knowledge that underlies Vedic astrology.

The main principle is that here a person lives according to certain laws, that astrology only reflects these laws, and therefore, the fact that a person receives information about his future fate does not mean at all that from that moment he becomes capable. Among our clients, there is often such a formula, a phrase like this: “Forewarned means saved.” What exactly do they ask and ask them to say: “Is there something dangerous waiting for me? Will I have problems, some kind of disaster? etc.

Of course, the astrologer must warn a person that some of his actions or some situation can lead to problems, not just that a difficult period is coming and the person needs to prepare for it, he needs to get the right support, get the right knowledge. But, as you understand, if a person turned to an astrologer who completely rejects any spiritual knowledge, any scriptures, including Vedic knowledge as such, and he came in the mood, in the spirit of “what are the planets saying?” In this sense, the astrologer must have a certain sense of tact and a certain sense of humor in order not to answer this question. 00:50:32 Further, you cannot answer a question to a person who is going on a trip. If the person himself is already, as the Russians say, “sitting on his suitcases,” if his departure is planned in the coming hours and he asks a question, this is also a condition under which the astrologer has the right and must refuse an answer.

Also, ancient works mention such a rather funny factor, but for the purity of the transmission of information I will mention it - it is impossible to answer questions to people who themselves respond to the urges of nature, that is, relieve natural needs. 00:51:19 Further, questions asked at dusk should also be ignored by the astrologer.

Also questions that are asked in a dismissive manner, in a disrespectful manner. There is also a very big difficulty in this, because the majority of people who turn to an astrologer today, the majority (one might say 80%), perceive the astrologer as a person who, simply for some reason, found the time to do what they couldn’t or don’t find the time to do it, and that in fact, this person is nothing special.

He just read some books, perhaps he just got hold of a very successfully compiled astrological program and, using this program, he simply reads the text. Sometimes people even ask for the opportunity to look into a computer monitor in order to see where all this is being read from and in what form it is, what it all looks like. That is, in other words, people have the perception that the person I approached is simply someone who took the time to read books and buy an astrological program in order to later receive fame or a certain bonus, a certain income from the people who contact him.

This very mood already leads to the fact that any question that is asked of you by a person will be a question asked in a disparaging manner.

More often than not, the very first principle I spoke about, the principle of “no question, no answer,” is even violated. That is, people come to a consultation in order to find out without revealing their interest, without revealing exactly what they want to know. And the manner of these people is most often in the spirit of “well, what are the planets saying?”

Therefore, today, speaking from experience, there is a very big problem not only in finding an experienced astrologer who has all the listed qualities and is properly trained. Eventually you can find such a person. In the age of the Internet, again, you can find a person who would give you absolutely pure knowledge. But becoming such a person in a certain sense is easier than later finding people for whom you could be useful.

Because the listed 8 principles plus the main principle - the openness of the questioner, the trust of the questioner to the astrologer - they practically reduce to “no” the possibility of transmitting this knowledge in its pure form. Therefore, I would like our listeners, those people who are interested in studying Jyotish Shastra, Vedic astrology, to think very seriously about the purpose for which they want to study Vedic astrology. How do they imagine the end result of their activities?

That is, let’s imagine that everyone now who listens to us on the waves of “Ayurveda Radio”, after some time, has brilliantly mastered all predictive practices, interpretation practices, and analysis practices of astrological positions. And for almost any person who gives them the correct time of birth or clearly formulates and asks their question correctly, they will be able to give a very accurate, correct one in full accordance with all the principles and explanations of standard works on Vedic astrology and will be able to give him an interpretation of the situation or an accurate prediction .

The question arises: where now for each of you (assuming that this day has come and you are able to make correct diagnoses for people and make correct predictions) where now can you find a person who would be worthy of your level of knowledge? Thus, today it turns out that the astrologer simultaneously helps the person who turns to him to obtain basic knowledge or at least try (makes an attempt) for this person to develop the necessary qualities in order to become worthy of this knowledge.

The Vedas say that among teachers, including teacher-mentors, the mentor is the astrologer jyotish-acharya - this is a person who gives instructions in life - not just a person who calculated your astrological chart on a computer and told you where , in which house such and such a planet is located, for this it is not necessary to contact an astrologer. For this purpose, there are now very carefully developed astrological programs that, in your native language, can fully describe to you what is happening in your astrological chart, and, moreover, provide quotes from several authoritative sources at once, precisely those quotes that relate specifically to your situation planets. But we are now talking about the personal aspect of communication with an astrologer, about a process deeper than just a mechanical decoding of the position of a person’s planets at the time of his birth.

Therefore, this is a serious moment of motivation, that is, to understand why you want to study astrology. Today there are more and more opportunities to study it. But when I talk to people who come to me for help, or when I talk to people who come to astrology courses, it seems that there is a clear understanding, a clear idea about what they want to know, to comprehend this knowledge, what they they want to understand him - it seems that he does not exist.

In this case, our seminar may even have a somewhat educational or even somewhat entertaining form, or the goal is far from purely educational, because based on today’s lecture, everything that you will learn about Vedic astrology in the future, let even some of its shallow aspects - it must be justified by some serious goal, serious motivation in terms of applying this knowledge.

Two Types of False Guides

And as I already said, the Vedas name 2 types or the Vedas mention 2 types of false mentors. The first type is a mentor who gives false knowledge. That is, it is knowledge that is not from an authoritative source, or it is knowledge that is simply based on his conclusions, or knowledge that is deliberately used to mislead people.

The second type of false mentors discussed in the Vedas are people who possess true knowledge, they possess it fully, they are skilled in this knowledge, but they transmit this knowledge to people who are not qualified to receive it. That is, people who cannot accept this knowledge, or people who do not give any opportunity to the mentor (in this case, the astrologer) to fulfill, withstand all the conditions of the principle of truthfulness: that is, it corresponds to the facts, does not excite the person’s mind, does not lead him to anger , neither into despondency, nor into excessive euphoria or excessive joy.

Therefore, in the works of the acharyas, in the works of the ancient sages who followed and practiced this knowledge, we find mention of what qualities an astrologer should have... qualities, skills, knowledge.

But it also talks about what qualities a person who turns to an astrologer for help should have. It is said that among his duties, that is, a kind of dharma - the prescribed duties of a person going to an astrologer, turning to him, is the following: that he must observe, first of all, the principles of purity (ancient texts mention this), purity as external, so does purity of mind, and he should contact an astrologer on favorable days, preferably around noon, during the daytime.

He should come to the astrologer, bringing gifts with him. And Varahamihira mentions such as, for example, gold jewelry (gold) or fruits, flowers or other auspicious foods, auspicious objects, that is, thereby expressing respect to the astrologer. We cannot neglect this fact. Why?

Because even if we, while doing astrology, meet a person who asks us for help, and we, for reasons of, well, let’s say, a certain humility, believe that we are not worthy of these gifts or offerings, nevertheless, it is the astrologer’s duty to accept him as respect , as respect not only for himself, but also for all astrological knowledge and for the astrological guru-parampara, that is, the chain of disciplic succession, an expression of gratitude and respect to all those mentors who devoted their lives to researching this knowledge and transmitting it (including to record it and pass it on to future generations).

In addition, the questioner or person seeking help from an astrologer must choose a good lunar day. That is, this means that the questioner himself must have the basic skills of this basis of knowledge in order to analyze the main astrological positions of each day and he must also choose a favorable star in which the moon is located. In Vedic society, this knowledge was, one might say, universal. This was discussed in the family, it was natural, just like we say that, for example, today is Monday or today is Tuesday.

In Vedic culture, it was natural in every family, in every home, young and old, to know that today, for example, is the day of the Revati star or the day of the Ashlesha star, that today is such and such tithi (“tithi” means lunar day), the 14th lunar day or 13th and therefore today it is better to do this. Or everyone knew that the 14th lunar day is an unfavorable day and more than devoting it to the practice of prayers or some other cleansing - a better use for this day could not be found. Therefore, some basic astrological skills were an important quality and important skills not only for the astrologer, but also for the person who is going to contact him.

And it is said that... they even list favorable days in the ancient scriptures to help us, to help people who want to seek astrological consultation, it is said that good days for such treatment, for such practice are Sunday, Monday. Monday - in cases where the moon is strong. A strong moon in Vedic astrology means - more than half the disk of the moon is open, that is, it means that the moon is either in the first half of its waning or in the second half of its growth, that is, more than half the disk of the moon should be visible in the sky.

Then Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday, Monday with a strong moon, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Mentors also list favorable lunar days to help us, the so-called “Chidra tithi”, that is, several days that are favorable; favorable days for contacting an astrologer are all lunar days, except Chidra tithi - that is, except the 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 12th and 14th lunar days.

Today, I talked about this in the last lecture, calendars are available that are compiled (outwardly from the point of view of their design they look like) they are the same as any calendar, but the basic parameters such as date, day of the week, and so on, are included also these 5 aspects (or at least some of them): lunar day, the star in which the moon is located on that day. And among the stars that are extremely favorable for a person to seek astrological help, astrological consultation, the following are mentioned: Bharani, Krittika, Ardra, Ashlesha, Magha, Purva Phalguni, Visakha, Jyeshtha, Mula, Purva Ashadha and Purva Bhadra.

Therefore, you can see how serious the approach is, with what seriousness Vedic knowledge considers the very process of even communication between a person and an astrologer, that is, the questioner and the person to whom he turned for help (jyotish-acharya).

This is what I wanted to tell you about today, and perhaps this is somewhat disappointing information for you. In this sense, I hope I have not slightly violated the principle of truthfulness of speech, causing some anxiety in your minds, but I hope that this anxiety will soon pass, I will try to do everything for this in our subsequent lectures. And the benefit that you will receive from listening to this lecture, I hope, will be for you - undoubtedly.

That is, it gives us the opportunity to everyone to understand how deep and serious science is, how serious a weapon is - jyotish shastra (the root of the word “shastra”, as I already said, is translated as “weapon”) - how careful a person should be in handling this weapon . Therefore, I wish you good luck to everyone who can overcome some disappointment, some pessimism, in terms of their qualifications in studying this knowledge, but remain just as curious, remain just as drawn to self-realization, to the study of Vedic knowledge. Stay with us in the next programs, we will talk about the deeper aspects of Vedic astrology. All the best to you! Good luck!

Live astrology from Ruslan Narushevich. Abstract

Download Ruslan Narushevich’s seminar “Living Astrology”(5 lectures in mp3 format) you can follow this link"

Especially for those who want to visit an astrologer or are planning to become an astrologer, I present my notes from a lecture by one famous astrologer. The information is extremely useful and, moreover, presented in a very simple and accessible way. So - welcome!

ASTROLOGY IS A WEAPON

Until you have had the experience yourself, or you have encountered someone who has this experience in astrology, or until you have had the generalized experience of previous astrologers, be careful to make any conclusions about your astrological positions.

Astrology is in a rather difficult position right now. There are too many astrologers. Nobody is certified. Each person can take your date of birth and start commenting. Some things will catch your attention because this is strong science. You will actually see coincidences of what has already happened in your life. But the most dangerous thing will follow.

Vedic knowledge, or “jyotisha-shastra” is called that for a reason. “Jyotisha” means “ray”, or “that which promotes enlightenment,” the understanding of something. Astrology helps us realize something in difficult moments. But the second part of the word, "shastra" comes from the word "astra", "weapon". With the help of weapons we can defeat our enemies, and we can also cut down our own. Or he might accidentally hurt himself.

People should turn to an astrologer only to defeat our main enemy - human ignorance. But instead, he can lead you into a very difficult emotional state if he lacks qualifications.

THESIS-ANTITHESIS

For example, the thesis may be that you see an astrologer and you definitely need to see him. Simply because it is available. This is just a thesis, my friends! The antithesis may be that while you have the means to consult an astrologer, you do not have the qualifications to do so. It's not about meeting an astrologer and convincing him to interpret your horoscope. It’s not even about “when the student is ready, the teacher comes.” This is a correct statement, but people often speculate on it. You say, "I'm ready." “How do you know?”, as the English say. How do you know whether you are ready to receive this knowledge or not?

FALSE ASTROLOGERS

In astrological etiquette, 2 types of astrologers are described. Be careful not to consult with such a person.
The first type of such false teacher is a person who does not have sufficient knowledge, but besides this, he also does not have an understanding of astrological ethics. Like a doctor who can take the right tool and do everything in such a way that the patient will regret coming to him. Would you like to go to a dentist who has no compassion at all? He turned on the boron machine and just watched the news... A tooth can be painful, but the astrologer’s forecasts leave imprints for decades... Such astrologers cannot operate with knowledge correctly.

Speech control is necessary - this is an important rule of etiquette. The form in which information is presented is of great importance.

The second category of false astrologers is a person who does everything correctly, controls his speech, observes etiquette, but he transfers this knowledge to someone in whose hands it simply should not be. And then ask the question: why does he still do this? Even if you are a high professional, you can force the transfer of knowledge for only one reason - if you have an interest in fame, honor or money. These three things are subtle manifestations of sexual desire. Astrology is the sexiest of sciences. The 8th house in an astrology chart represents astrology. But it is also the territory that is responsible for psychic (or sexual) energy. In practicing astrology there is a certain risk of engaging in the most subtle form of pleasure. It's a subtle kind of power that comes from having access to a person's destiny.

If ethics are not observed, if there is no correct communication between the astrologer and the querent, if the knowledge itself does not agree, nothing favorable will happen, either for the astrologer or for the one who turned to him with a question.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONSULTANT

There is knowledge about what qualification a person must have to consult an astrologer.

Firstly, these are people who do not have a correct understanding of the world. They are called nastika, or “non-believers.” According to this level, only I, the world and the planets around me exist - and there is nothing else. Therefore, we are in a kind of partnership relationship. The planets somehow influence me, but I am the master of my own destiny. However, a third element is not taken into account here. According to the Vedas, for a complete picture it is necessary to know three things - what is my position, what is the world around me and what is beyond this material world. Therefore, non-believers cannot be counseled. First, you must give people the correct picture of the worldview, so that they have not just a sentimental, but a deep, holistic faith - and only then this knowledge will bring them good.

The second level of understanding is that I am a child of nature. Mother Nature has given me everything through the planets and that is why I enjoy it. The whole universe is like a big supermarket. If the planets bring me good events, then I am interested in astrology, but if there are trials, then I am indignant and say: why? That's because I don't know where this bad thing comes from. Remember this slogan? “You shouldn’t expect mercy from nature. Taking it is our task.” Therefore, you should not expect mercy from Jupiter, which will turn on you in 2018. You must take it yourself, now - with the help of topaz on your finger. This is a good, real remedy. It’s called “upaya,” and it’s not for me to tell you about it here. But the very essence of the approach is already repulsive. Basically, such people are not interested in astrology. They have a harsh, atheistic mindset.

The third level is the understanding that God exists, but he is like the head of the housing office. If something doesn’t work for you, then you urgently ask him to fix something. In other words, astrology is needed at this level before problems arise. If they come, then people turn to higher powers to somehow soften them. But often at this level there is no astrology or it has to be simply prohibited, because it is opposed to God.

At the fourth level, the Lord already represents a real force, but what is called “deitization,” “deification of God,” occurs. Higher powers are somewhere far away, beyond everything, and we have our own wedding here, and ours there. And God has nothing to do with us. This is an idealized God. Therefore, people have to separate the material from the divine and invent new categories. For example, coming from Satan. In this case, if astrology is not divine, then it automatically becomes a product of demonic forces.

An even higher, fifth level is a complete denial of everything. Such people believe that everything is an illusion, a single light. Sometimes such people know astrology, but perceive it as a “lila” (game).

The sixth level is cynical nihilism, based on the assumption that we will all die. Don't worry about what you have because it doesn't make sense anyway. Do you like this worldview?

The seventh level is the understanding that the whole world exists according to certain laws, which are carried out by intermediaries, or demigods, and are represented in our universe by planets. This is a more or less realistic picture. There is no idea here of opposing the planets or neutralizing their influences. People no longer come with the question: “Well, tell me, what awaits me there in the future?” I usually say to this: “Why?” - “Well, how? Forewarned is forearmed". I say: “You don’t take on too much? Who are you arming yourself against? These are the most powerful forces, the enormous psychic energy of the planets.

The eighth level says that this world is not our true location. So don't worry too much about what's going on here. Everything is correct here, and the planets carry out divine providence. And everything that we experience in our destiny is not even a “lesson” (I don’t really like this word). This is just taking care of us.

QUESTIONS TO THE ASTROLOGER

There are 4 levels of questions to consider.

The level of "anna-maya", or "consciousness of food". What do you think these people are asking? Of course, this is finance.

However, from the point of view of the Vedas, the level of well-being is measured by how a person eats, the amount of oil and grains, and not the amount of money.

The “prana-maya” level is questions related to achieving something, where to move next when success comes. The main slogan here is “movement is life.” Questions about social success, health. He is interested in how long he will live, although, of course, he still knows little why.

Most counselees are at these two levels.

The “mana-maya” level is when a person is already thinking about responsibility. How is my job, will there be a promotion when I can start a family? These are rarer questions.

The Vijnana Maya level is the fourth level. It is already connected with relationships, how to influence them, conquer them, strengthen them, maintain or create them.
An astrologer must be able to distinguish between issues that have nothing to do with astrology.
For example, what car to choose, how this person treats me, how many children or abortions there will be, how much money I will receive, when I get married, when will there be money, will my husband and I stay together, how many marriages will there be, and so on. All of these issues are related to relationships, decisions and choices that a person makes in life. It doesn't depend on the planets.

"Empty hands." If the person being counseled comes empty-handed, then the relationship will no longer work out. According to Vedic rules, you must bring at least a flower and a fruit with you to a consultation as an offering to the astrologer.

KARMA

In the 90s, the formula “work off karma” appeared. It’s as if you approached the Sea of Azov with a teaspoon and tried to completely “work it out”, scoop it out during our seminar.

Astrological knowledge can help us overcome - I'm not talking about working out! - that separate karma, which is called “sanchita karma”. This is the result of a huge number of our past lives, and not just one of them.

Here in this life we have only a small fragment, a segment called “prarabdha karma”. We receive the fruits of our destiny. We cannot change 'prarabdha'. For example, this person will never be blond, and this person will never be tall.

However, a person has a special small resource, his creative karma, “kriyamana-karma”. This is the ability to change your future through your efforts. It is the human form of life that has the potential to create its own destiny. For some, this potential is narrower, for others it is wider, depending on “prarabdha karma”. But this is something you can do regardless of the circumstances, of your own free will.

PLANETS ARE EXPERIENCES

Of course, the planets influence the chemical processes in our physical body. But, according to the Vedas, all information about what will happen to us is recorded on the hard drive of our subtle body. How it is played is already a question. But one way or another, the planets are connected with the feelings that we must experience.

If we acted badly towards someone, it means that events will arise in the next life that will force us to experience this. And if we suppress this feeling in ourselves (for example, anger, fear or shame), then an event will occur. However, we are able to overcome this by using our 'kriyaman karma'.

[An example of a man who, having learned that he would break his leg, put a cast and bandages on himself and walked with a crutch for several months - thus overcoming his karma]

MEMORY TABLETS

K.N. Rao invented “memory pills” for astrologers.

The first is called TAS (Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis). This is the first level of understanding of astrology.

Thesis- this is what the astrologer read in books, as well as his theoretical ideas about the querent’s horoscope.

Antithesis- this is reality, the very life of the querent, in which many of these theses may simply not work.

Synthesis- this is experience (personal experience, as well as the experience of generations, which can be acquired in the parampara). From a Vedic point of view, in order to consider yourself experienced, you must have at least 20 years of practice behind you.

Any Jyotish program will give you unsynthesized knowledge. This is a collection of quotes from the great saints who founded astrology, Parashara Muni and other great sages. Such a number of contradictory characteristics can drive any programmer crazy.

The next level of understanding is mystical.

Encouragement, Awareness, Clarity (VOY).

From the point of view of the Vedas, we do something only thanks to the blessing of higher powers. The demigods, represented by the planets, can inspire us and give us inspiration to practice astrology.

If you are selective about who you counsel, the Lord will send you a person who matches your inspiration. Therefore, an astrologer does not need to be too accessible. “Today my mind is not ready to accept you.” It is necessary to conduct consultations when it is convenient for the astrologer, and not for the querent.

LANGUAGE OF ASTROLOGY

The first astrologers, the founders of this science, were holy individuals who may not have used calculations. They simply saw right through people. These were yogis of the highest qualifications who could create new planets in the sky through the power of concentration. Astrology is just a code in which they conveyed their message. They encrypted it in the language of the planets.

WHY IS ASTROLOGY NEEDED?

What are the benefits of astrological consultations? [Answers from the audience]. Astrology helps a person realize his dharma (purpose), accept his feelings as they are, and determine the current period in our life. But does this knowledge help us in life? In most cases - no, because... we are not able to apply it.
Does astrology help us understand how the world works? Doesn't help at all. This is applied knowledge, “Vedanta”, complementary to the Vedas.

FAILURE OF RELATIONSHIP

Does astrology help build relationships? Experience shows that it only causes harm here. Astrological compatibility is the path to loneliness. In a relationship between two people, not only the past (astrology), but also the present (love) and the future (common goals) are an important factor. It is equally important that the speed of development in people coincides. Knowledge of astrological compatibility is for everyone except those who are getting married and loving another person.
Astrology helps, for example, to establish cases when two people, for some karmic reason, cannot have children. Despite this, by engaging in spiritual practice, they can overcome this problem.

HOW TO MAKE FORECASTS

I will now teach you how to make predictions. It's very simple. There are only a few things we need to be prepared for - old age, illness and death. Telling you the planetary periods is like asking: “What should you play before you die - Mendelssohn or something from Beethoven, or rock and roll?” The periods are what you will be given before all this happens. This is the most important diagnosis. Then there are variations. Now tell me, how will people react to this? People do not want to know anything that is unpleasant for our mind and feelings. Because if we wanted to know, we would simply understand: there is nothing to learn, time flies, and it doesn’t matter when it happens. I'm wasting my time anyway.

SAMBANDHA, ABHIDHEYA AND PRAYOJANA

Three main factors to practice astrology −

1) Sambandha. Focus, or concentration on an object.

2) Abhidheyya. An effort.

3) Prayojana. Understanding the goal.

Concentration requires an understanding of the field of activity.

In our case, this is psychic energy. The planets give us experiences according to the law of karma. Knowing this is the Thesis.

Our efforts help us develop an Antithesis (direct experience)

The third (prayojana) is what we want when we go to an astrologer. Or when we start studying astrology.

Usually I only hear vague answers to this question.

“What do you want from astrology” - “Know yourself.”

Why know yourself through astrology? There is a science about the soul. I'm not talking about modern psychology. Enough ancient books. Srimad-Bhagavatam, Bhagavad-Gita and other Vedic scriptures accurately describe your position - on the border of spiritual and material energy.

MOOD OF MIND

Therefore, to master knowledge, the right frame of mind is necessary.

There are two types of mentality: to serve or to exploit.

Why am I doing astrology? Because people need me to serve them in that capacity. And the counselee should have the same mindset. He must have a desire to serve.

MENTORING

Mentoring is the next step. An acharya, a “teacher,” is needed. An astrologer must have a teacher. And the astrologer himself should also act as a teacher. Otherwise, the querent will simply use it for his own purposes. An astrologer becomes an acharya through the right frame of mind.

ETIQUETTE

Today, etiquette means more than knowledge, because... advanced technologies make it possible to cope without knowledge of astronomy and mathematics.

[One wise man predicted to a man that he would eat from the king's table. The querent was delighted, and soon after that he was put in prison and fed, as they say, government grub. In the understanding of that time, this was “from the royal table.” Example of astrological ethics]

4 QUALITIES OF A REAL ASTROLOGER

An astrologer needs to engage in regular spiritual practices. Why is this necessary? It is not so easy to recover from the experiences that other people's horoscopes send us. We need to cleanse ourselves of this psychic energy.

Spiritual practice means the formation of certain qualities.

Purity. This includes physical cleanliness and food purity.

Asceticism. Women don't need to concentrate too much on this, because... their whole life is essentially asceticism. This rule is necessary in order not to set goals of a sexual nature (money, fame, power). Therefore, astrologers practice abstinence.

Mercy. There is no need to eat meat food, which gives a person a tendency to violence. Tell me yourself, would you like to meet a ruthless astrologer?

Truthfulness (refusal of gambling) is necessary, as well as peace of mind (refusal of intoxication).

It is necessary to live in a holy place. This means in a place where people who practice spirituality live.

The astrologer needs to chant the holy name. I can't imagine what he can say if he doesn't chant the holy name. Similarly, I cannot imagine a counselee if he is not familiar with Vedic culture.

VEDIC PRESCRIPTIONS. WHO NOT TO CONSULT

You cannot give advice:

1) To an unbeliever.

2) A person who asks questions casually. “Well, what do I have there?”

3) Being in an excited state.

4) Being in a state of intoxication.

5) Asking questions in the dark (time is dangerous both for forecasts and for consultations).

6) To the one asking questions in order to test the astrologer.

7) To someone who comes empty-handed

8) Without due respect for “Jyotisha Shastra”. To be treated like fortune telling on a coffee bush is already offensive in itself.

A NEW TYPE OF THERAPY

I know I will have to do a new type of therapy. How to restore a person’s psyche, bring it back to life after what he heard? The disease arises based on diagnosis. In astrology, I increasingly have to analyze such cases. “I was told I would never have a marriage.” This is approximately 40% of my consultations. Therefore, dear beginning astrologers, do not rush to consult. Dear querents, think about why you need an astrological consultation!

ASTROLOGISTS-HACKERS

Modern astrologers are hackers. They “hack” other people’s horoscopes, without the permission of higher powers and the querent himself, causing harm to themselves and others.

QUERENT LEVEL

There are 12 houses in the astrological chart. These are 12 areas of life. But not everyone is able to use them. Most people live only to eat (2nd house), sleep (12 ljv) and have sex (3rd house), work (6th house), and in rare cases pray (9th house). Therefore, it makes more sense to counsel those who lead full lives.

CURSES AND BLESSINGS

You can now understand many things if you understand that all destiny lies in only two types of energy - curses and blessings.

A CURSE

When a person has received a curse, it is expressed in illness. The psychic energy that he received cannot manifest itself in any way, it creates very great tension, and a person needs someone who can pump it out. My mother has been doing this since childhood. Mom is the most merciful pump of negative fate. Whatever comes into the child’s heart - both from a past life and from this one (broke his knee, got burned) - the mother absorbs everything. If mom has somewhere to put it, thank Allah! If a mother does not know how to share energy or her husband simply does not accept, then the process will reverse for her. She will begin to burden her daughter with her karma. This happens by the age of 15-16, or even earlier. The mother's psychic energy returns to the daughter's psyche and destroys it. And not a single normal child’s psyche can survive such a load that an adult woman can give. When a woman is oversaturated with this energy, no man can stand it anymore. And if this energy continues to be suppressed, if there is no one to shout it out, to sob, if a woman has no place or does not know how to pray, then what happens then? This energy takes the form of illness. If you are sick, it means that you have accumulated a lot of negative energy.
Example. If a married couple’s chart shows that they cannot have children, then the curse cannot be canceled. The curse itself is already considered “prarabda karma”. The only thing you can achieve is to ask someone to experience your karma for you.

UPAYI (HARMONIZATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE PLANETS)

Let's take a situation. The person's sun is weakened and is in the second house. He is very bad with money. The aspiring astrologer tells him: “The best thing for you is to wear a ruby. Because ruby strengthens the sun and you will have money.” A person follows the advice - and once again! the money has gone! Who do you think suffered karma for him? The ascetic suffered, who sat without any money for hundreds of thousands of years, not even breathing. The body of the stone is the incarnated form of the former mystics. Someone sat for several hundred years without money or food so that you could have money [according to the Vedas, human life in other eras could last hundreds of thousands of years]. Now his blessing is concentrated in this stone.

QUALITY OF THE PLANET

Many people ask me how to determine what quality of planet I have according to my horoscope. For your information, the horoscope shows the strength or weakness of your planet, but not the quality. Only a person who has purity can see this. Because these are qualities that are inherent to you personally, and not to the planets.

CHIMNEY OF NEGATIVE ENERGY

The principle is this: real relationships in this world are always built according to strict subordination: the stronger must take emotions from the weaker. I call this the “negative emotion chimney.”

We are all a little selfish, we believe that our desires are the most important. But when we have an ardent desire, it always collides with the desires of other beings in this world. Namely, with the desires of higher beings (demigods, spirits, invisible entities), the desires of the creatures around us (people, plants, animals) and the desires of our own mind and body. The side effect of this is smoke: anger, grief, fear and shame. If this smoke can escape, a person will little by little realize why negative emotions arise in him. There is a process of correction, awareness, self-improvement, which consists of allowing you to freely express all your emotions. You were born and have every right to this, at least until the age of 5. “Until the age of 5, a child is a king,” says Chanakya Pandit.

Who takes a person's disease? Doctor. Who took your illness before you were 5 years old? Your mother.

You can try any role - advisor, mentor, doctor. In this world, these are the people who take away your negative karma.

There is a Vedic rule: do not become a father, mother, husband, leader if you cannot take away the negative emotions of your subordinates. If you cannot bear your fate, then it is better to think first before conceiving a child. Likewise, a leader who does not have a confessor is simply crazy. He doesn't know what he's doing.

Also another rule [Manu Samhita] states that the president or king of the country takes 1/6th of the sins of the population. In what form do you think he takes it? All this comes to him in the form of emotions.

What happens if the chimney is closed? Our desires turn into a gas chamber. The intoxication of emotions, which there is no one to convey, nowhere to put, is the burden of karma. Therefore, I must humbly serve the people who are ready to take it from me.

For many millennia, doctors were considered saints. Think about what principle the doctor will use to treat, how will he take away our psychic energy if he himself does not have purity?
During confession, the priest takes away from a person, first of all, his negative emotions (shame, fear, etc.). When a priest disappears from a society, men can no longer fulfill their duties of tolerating women. Women become overloaded with their emotions and begin to burden their children. Children get married, and girls are so overwhelmed with negative emotions that no man can stand them, and boys simply will not give their wives the opportunity to share their experiences with them. In fact, a woman experiences the greatest feeling of gratitude if a man is able to withstand her emotions.

So, this subordination must be strict. But in an atheistic society it is destroyed, because God is the final merciful authority to which pure people transfer the severity of their sins.

EMOTIONS

In India, men are able to show all emotions, but in Russia, mostly anger. We were not taught to show grief and, wanting to cover it up, we usually become angry or angry. Therefore, men here often suffer from a suppressed feeling of grief or shame, which comes from the influence of Saturn. This is clearly visible when we go to the cinema. Indian men are capable of feeling the full range of emotions, they are not afraid to cry because they have been taught to do so.

In turn, women suffer from suppressed feelings of anger. When there is too much of it, a woman becomes too reserved and speaks in a cold, iron tone. This destroys a woman. Or she becomes too emotional, so that no man is able to stand it.

SERVICE

So, a child becomes happy and healthy if negative emotions are taken away from him. When he grows up, he repays his debt to his parents by taking away emotions from those who are weaker. Adult children are with their parents, a husband is with his wife, a doctor is with his patients, a psychologist or priest is with his flock. A person who does not have the power to take away other people’s destinies cannot be a doctor. Likewise, an astrologer. And there is no need to feel sorry for these people - they choose this path for themselves. You just have to put yourself in a position of service. “This man does such hard work. What can we do for him? These people deserve us to do everything we can for them.

A good way is if you see a person who has decided to devote himself to an ascetic lifestyle, support him. This does not mean that if someone helped you, you should definitely thank them in return. This is a merchant's principle. But the money you have, you received only thanks to the austerities of another. And it would be wise to spend it so that someone else can solve their problems.
