Cookies made from eggs and sugar. Delicious sugar cookies, recipe with photos step by step

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Very carefully separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Pour chicken whites into a dry, clean bowl and beat with a mixer at low speed for 2-3 minutes. The whites should turn into a fluffy mass.

Without stopping the mixer, but increasing the speed to maximum, add sugar and continue beating until a dense, thick mass. By lifting the beaters, you will see that the whipped whites are held motionless on them.

Beat the yolks for 2-3 minutes (the mass will become liquid and homogeneous). At the end of beating, add vanilla.

Combine the whites with the yolks.

Using a spatula, mix the mixture until the color is uniform.

Add sifted flour.

Very gently, carefully, using bottom-up movements, mix the dough with a spatula. It will turn out homogeneous, without lumps.
Slowly place the dough into a pastry bag and pipe small pieces of cookies into a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake egg cookies in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.

Place tender, airy and light cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.

Just three ingredients (flour, eggs and sugar), just a little time and you will have delicious homemade cookies on your table.

Homemade Sugar Cookies Recipe.

1. For cookies, you can use either butter or margarine. Before starting to prepare the cookies, remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature. The oil should have a soft consistency. To speed up the process, you can microwave it for 30-40 seconds to allow it to thaw sufficiently. Add sugar to butter or margarine. Mix with a whisk or mixer until the consistency is homogeneous and the sugar grains are dissolved.

2. Sift the wheat flour into another deep container. Add baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt. Mix in a circular motion until all ingredients are combined. Use a hand whisk for this purpose.

3. To the butter whipped with sugar, add the dry flour mixture with baking powder, sugar and salt. Quickly knead into a soft, homogeneous dough. In order for the shortbread dough to be crumbly in the end, it must be kneaded quickly. You can use a food processor for kneading. If you don’t have a food processor, knead as quickly as possible with warm, dry hands.

4. Wrap the dough ball with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. If you want this step to take faster, you can use the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

5. Lightly dust the work surface or board with flour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Place on the board. Roll out into a layer 0.7-10 mm high. You can also place the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll it out to the desired height. At the same time, the parchment does not need to be dusted with flour. With this technique the dough will come out smoother.

6. Using a larger diameter ring, cut out circles. Take a smaller round cutter and cut a hole inside. If you don’t have special cookie cutters, you can use the old-fashioned way with wide round glasses and small shot glasses. The shape will be the same ring.

7. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little flour. Place the rings at a short distance from each other. Brush the top with beaten yolk. Mix sugar with vanilla sugar and sprinkle the mixture on top of the rings. Preheat the oven to 220-230 degrees. Place the pan in the oven for 15-25 minutes. Every oven is different, so open the door periodically and keep an eye on the cookies to ensure they are baked well and not burnt. If you smell an unpleasant smell, as if something is burning, don’t be afraid, it’s sugar melting. A golden brown crust should form on top of the baked goods.

8. Delicious sugar cookies are ready! Cool it on a baking sheet, and then transfer it to a dish and serve to a sweet table.

These homemade sugar cookies are so beautiful and delicious. Enjoy your tea!

Hi all. Today I come to you with a cookie recipe. Yes, not simple, but very tasty. Sugar cookies that can easily be used to decorate cakes and trifles.

Cookies are simply very easy to prepare; you can safely call on your kids to help, who can both knead the dough and work with cutting out the molds.

From this amount of ingredients I get 2 trays of cookies. It can be stored for quite a long time; nothing will happen to it within 1-2 weeks. Although, it doesn’t stay with us that long)

How to make the simplest baby sugar cookies at home, recipe with photos step by step.

Ingredients:

  1. 220 grams butter at room temperature
  2. 170 grams of sugar
  3. 1 egg (C 1)
  4. 320 grams flour
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. vanillin

Preparation:

To begin with, I repeat once again, the butter should be at room temperature. Therefore, we take it out of the refrigerator in advance, 4-60 minutes before cooking. I always use only 82.5% butter, but in this recipe you can use 72%.

So, place the butter and sugar in a mixer bowl and beat until light and the mass increases in volume. It takes me 5-7 minutes.

Continuing to beat, add the egg and beat until combined. If the eggs are small, then take 2 pieces.

At this time, sift the flour with baking powder and vanilla. You can take vanilla sugar instead of vanillin, then add it to regular sugar.

Mix the butter mixture with the flour mixture.

Mix the dough. We wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Then, roll it out. I roll it out on a silicone mat. We do not roll out thinly, the larger the figure is planned in size, the thicker the rolling should be, otherwise the cookies may break.

Using cutters or a glass, we cut out various shapes from cookies. You can print the desired picture on a printer in advance, cut it out of paper, cover it with tape and use a sharp knife or scalpel to cut out the cookie format you need. Or just fancy cut them out of cookies with a knife, as I did with the clouds.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Place in a preheated oven to bake for 8-12 minutes at 180º. Once the edges are slightly browned, remove.

I advise you to place cookies of similar size on one baking sheet, otherwise those that are significantly smaller in volume will burn while the larger ones are ready. The finished cookies are soft. Leave it to dry a little on the baking sheet. Then you can transfer.

Store cookies in an airtight container.

These cookies are very tasty to use either simply with tea or coffee, or with milk. The cookies turn out quite sweet, so I recommend something without sugar as a drink)

Well, for me it also acted as a decoration for dessert in a glass - trifle.

Here's what I got.

The glass uses my favorite sponge cake (the recipe is active, click on it and you will go to the page with the preparation) with (I also added cream to the site).

Bon appetit.
