2.Mix all ingredients thoroughly so that no lumps form. To moisten the dough a little, you can add a little low-fat yogurt. Many people like their dough a bit dry, so adding yogurt is not necessary.


3. Pour corn starch into the mixture and stir everything until smooth. To thicken the consistency, you can add a little flour.


4.Put the dough on the board and roll it out.


5. Take your favorite cookie cutter and use it to divide the dough for dumplings. As a result, we will get healthy dumplings, which, thanks to their unusual shape, will become even more appetizing.


6.Put a pan of water on the stove and bring it to a boil, add salt. Add dumplings.


7.After placing the dumplings in the water, wait for it to boil again, then keep the dumplings in the water for another couple of minutes. Take a slotted spoon and place them on a plate.


The dish will go well with jam or berries.
