If it is necessary to privatize an apartment, then the warrant is provided to specialists as evidence that the tenant is registered in this area legally, as well as all family members.

    If this document is lost, then the tenant under no circumstances loses the right to reside in this apartment. It is necessary to conclude a social rental agreement by contacting the city or district administration.
